From 71 North

1. Take 71 North to exit 121 for Polaris Pkwy towards Gemini Place.

2. Turn left at Gemini Place.

3. Turn Right at Polaris Pkwy (BP Gas and Walgreens on the corners).

4. Go over the bridge and turn right on Cotter Street (entry to office park).

5. Stay straight on Cotter Street and take the 2nd right onto Bear Run Lane.

From 315 North

1. Take 315 North and take the exit onto I-270 East.

2. Take exit 23 to merge onto North High Street/US-23 North and take it for 4 miles.

3. Turn right at OH-750/Powell Road

4. Take the 2nd left onto Cotter Street (entry to office park).

5. Stay straight on Cotter Street and take the 2nd right onto Bear Run Lane.
