Homes offers a Service Plan with every home Lease/Purchased. With
this plan if you ever need a repair on any of the items listed below
simply make the $40 deductible payment and we will take care of the
rest. |

Costs to repair
your furnace,
air conditioner,
electrical system,
plumbing leaks,
kitchen disposal,
dishwasher, built in microwave,
basement sump pump motor,
and roof leaks,
window seals
and operation,
less a $40 deductible. (Clogged drains excluded). This service plan
will carry over even after the home is purchased.
The cost of the Service Plan
is an additional $30.00 per month.
